Building a community of belonging.
Twelve Oaks Reserve was born out of a desire to bring traditional southern architecture to a community that is steeped in the rich traditions of our alma mater. We wanted to build a home where we could host family reunions and holiday gatherings with plenty of spaces for kids and grand kids to be outside and run around.
Instead of building a house, we decided to build the community where we want to live. And, we think there could be others who want the same things. We can’t capture every shared moment over a meal or around the fire pit, but we can provide space and environment where conversations can linger and memories can be made. A place where neighbors can gather, and kids can play.
